WHAT IS THE "RVS CLUB"?
The "RVS Club" is a before and after school program operating out of River Valley School. The RVS Club is offered exclusively to River Valley School students and works on a registration only basis; families must be registered with the RVS Club in order to take advantage of what the RVS Club has to offer.During Spring Break, Winter Break, PD days and the Summer Club, non-River Valley School students are welcome to come to the RVS Club as long as your student’s non-school days do not conflict with the River Valley School calendar.
WHO RUNS THE "RVS CLUB"?
Kelly Bender, who has been a childcare worker for over 13 years, owns and operates the club. The RVS Club hires only qualified staff with childcare training and experience. All of the RVS Club staff is qualified based on provincial standards and regulations.
IS THERE A COST TO USING THIS PROGRAM?
Since this is an extra-curricular activity, there is a fee to use the RVS Club as there must be a staff (or staffs) present at all times. The RVS Club operates using solely the parent fees to support the program; all resources, equipment, toys, games, crafts and staff wages come from the families using the club.
HOURS OF OPERATION
The RVS Club is open Monday - Friday.
It begins the first day of school and finishes right before the July long weekend.
Before School Club hours are 7:00am - 8:25am.
After School Club hours are 3:15pm - 6:00pm.
1/2 Day of school Club hours are 11:35pm - 6:00pm.
Professional Day Club hours are 7:00am - 6:00pm
Winter Break and Spring Break Club hours are 7:00am - 6:00pm
RVS Club Summer Club hours are 7:00am - 6:00pm

AM & PM Care (excluding Professional Days).......................$ 375.00/month
AM & PM Care (including Professional Days)........................$ 400.00/month
Morning Drop-In....................................................................$ 15.00/day
After School Drop-In..............................................................$ 15.00/day
6 star Drop in card (get 1 bonus drop in) .............................. $ 80.00/card*
*Drop-in cards can’t be used for PD days or half days
