RVS is an inclusive and dual stream private school, offering exceptional academic and social education for pre-school and elementary children. All families interested in RVS are asked to take a tour of our school and meet our Head of School to discuss programs, child requirements and commence the enrolment process. Tours are best scheduled during school hours, to allow parents to observe programs and the calibre of instruction and educational opportunities offered. Application for Admission
All new applicants are required to submit the following:- Completed Application Form ~ (click here for the Application Form)
- A $100 application fee for Alberta residents (non-refundable)
- A $1000 application fee for International students (non-refundable)
- Copies of recent school reports (if school age)
Acceptance
Acceptance into Montessori and Progressive programs at RVS is based on several factors, the most important of which is the match of the family’s and school’s education goals for each child and the ability to serve each child’s needs. This is evaluated through visits to the School, phone conversations and available school records. RVS does not have formal academic testing; however, evaluation, classroom visits and conversations with teachers and the School Administration will ensure a fit for both the family and the school. A family is notified of acceptance either by telephone or email.Fees
